Dont expect miracles, but it is definitely better...

Pros:	Slightly better battery life, can use original cover. Works with Touchstone charger. Good to have a spare.
Cons:	Battery will still die on you if youre not careful!

I had rather cautious optimism concerning this battery, and it turns out that it neither impressed nor disappointed me. I can now get through the day with my Palm Pre not dying, but I had better have the charger waiting for me when I get home at the end of the day! If youre looking for amazing "Treo-like" battery life, better to opt for Seidios DOUBLE CAPACITY battery, which will require a new cover (included), and increase the thickness of the Pre by a couple millimeters.

The Palm Pre is an amazing device, but a spare battery is almost a required accessory. This Seidio extended battery makes a good primary... just be sure to have the original battery as a standby spare for long trips.

*Note: I have read that the PALM brand spare battery charger will not charge this battery. However, Seidio has a nice solution which charges both your phone and spare battery.
